The Foundation for Management and industrial research, in consortium with four partner organizations from Macedonia (Foundation Business Start – Up centre Bitola, National Centre for Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Learning, Foundation Euro Center, Sv. Nikole and Agency for Promotion of the Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Macedonia), started with the implementation of the project European Network of Mentors for Women Entrepreneurs in Macedonia (new-MENTOR). The new-MENTOR project focuses on the setting up of a national network of mentors for women entrepreneurs in Macedonia aimed towards supporting the female entrepreneurship development and ensuring that newly-established women entrepreneurs can sustain their activity throughout the first years of their businesses. Strategic objective of the project is to support the development of female entrepreneurship in the country taking into account the distinctive nature of women-led businesses. The project is targeted to support the women entrepreneurs through the national network of mentors as a part of the European Network of Mentors for Women Entrepreneurs.
New-MENTOR project is financed by the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme (CIP) of the European Commission. Its duration is two years, until September 2013.
